tayaph Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tayaph ("tayaph", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at tayaph.app ("Platform", "Site", "Service"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all features, games, promotions, and services offered through the tayaph platform.

By registering an account, completing the tayaph Login process, making a deposit, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an account on tayaph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tayaph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the tayaph platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

By completing the tayaph Login and using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the tayaph platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your tayaph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tayaph Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tayaph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify tayaph immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security.
• tayaph recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
• tayaph reserves the right to suspend any account pending identity verification at any time.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in our account management policy.

tayaph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya / Maya e-wallet
• Philippine bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit issued by Philippine banks)

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are detailed in the Payments section of the tayaph Help Centre. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP).

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. tayaph reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and suspend the account if a third-party deposit is detected.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. tayaph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

tayaph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus terms applicable to all tayaph promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed account verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.

• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the account suspended.

All games available on the tayaph platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment monitored by multiple cameras and independent oversight. tayaph is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players.

By participating in any game on the tayaph platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance and/or skill, as applicable to the specific game type.
• tayaph's game results are final. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, tayaph's system logs will be used to determine the outcome.
• You will not use any software, tool, bot, script, or other automated means to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• You will not collude with other players or engage in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity.
• tayaph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

Game-specific rules for all tayaph titles — including Bingo, Slot games, Texas Hold'em, Ganesh Fortune, and live dealer tables — are available within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tayaph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the tayaph platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or tayaph staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the tayaph platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.

All content on the tayaph platform — including but not limited to the tayaph name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of tayaph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the tayaph platform without prior written consent from tayaph.

tayaph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the tayaph platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

tayaph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL encryption, secure payment processing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and tayaph cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

tayaph may be required to disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by Philippine law or applicable gaming regulations.

tayaph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

tayaph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard after completing the tayaph Login:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits – Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits – Set reminders or hard limits on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period – Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion – Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the tayaph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tayaph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

tayaph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tayaph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tayaph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tayaph shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by service interruptions, technical failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.

tayaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) months.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are non-withdrawable upon account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and tayaph, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

tayaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tayaph will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page at tayaph.app/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
